Ingredients:
-Red pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup cannelini beans
- sprinkle of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- tablespoon water
Directions:
Roast red pepper in oven and remove skins. Mix with oil, cannelini beans, garlic, lemon juice and water until thoroughly mixed. May need to add water or olive.
